Nov. 2003: VNAH Continues its Wheelchair Outreach Delivery Project to rural district. During the first two weeks in November 2003, VNAH orginized and delivered 200 wheelchairs to landmine and war victims and disabled people in seven different provinces.

Nov 20, 2003 - The crews of the visiting USS Frigate Vandegrift joins Viet Nam Assistance for the Handicapped in the construction of a new school in the Can Gio District of Ho Chi Minh City. The Vandegrift's visit was the first US ship in almost 30 years since the end of the war.
