Nov 20, 2003 - The crews of the visiting USS Frigate Vandegrift joins Viet Nam Assistance for the Handicapped in the construction of a new school in the Can Gio District of Ho Chi Minh City. The Vandegrift's visit was the first US ship in almost 30 years since the end of the war.
