November 2003: Wheelchair Outreach Delivery Project

VNAH Continues its Wheelchair Outreach Delivery Project to rural district.  During the first two weeks in November 2003, VNAH orginized and delivered 200 wheelchairs to landmine and war victims and disabled people in seven different provinces
